Michael Osherovitz | Managing Director

Michael Osherovitz is the Head of the Private Client Tax Advisory group and has more than 20 years of tax compliance and planning experience. Mr. Osherovitz works with high-net-worth individuals, as well as real estate and private equity families that create or inherit substantial wealth and face challenges in managing their impact on current and future generations. He is skilled in income tax planning and preparation.

Mr. Osherovitz has held a leadership role in treasury, personal financial statement preparation, charitable giving, liquidity forecasting and trust and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, partnerships, trusts and private foundations. He has extensive real estate and private equity experience to help clients navigate the evolving tax and personal finance environments while planning for future generations.

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Osherovitz was the Head of Family Office for Oak Hill Advisors. While in this role, he established and managed the family office for the Chief Executive Officer of a $50 billion-plus fund. Mr. Osherovitz also served as the controller and tax director for Bolt Ventures, a family office, and has held positions as a Principal at Withum and a Senior Manager at CohnReznick.
